Who are we?

We have been working with men and women in the workplace since 1995. Our expertise and know-how are based on proven clinical psychology skills and extensive field experience.

Our research and investment have given rise to tools to support companies, such as the Serious Game EQUARIOR, a game that is fun to play, similar to Chess, but with an engine capable of effectively approaching the behavioral dynamics of players.

Originally developed for military commanders, EQUARIOR is based on a behavioral analysis methodology that has won several awards in France and Germany, and has been offered as a Serious Game and team-building training support to companies since 2010.
